BEWARE OF MICROSOFT TEAMS SCAMS
Recently, an Infinity Rehab employee received a suspicious call through Microsoft Teams claiming to be an “IT Technician”. The call was answered–the caller asked the user to share their screen. The call was ended quickly (within a few seconds) after determining that it wasn’t a legitimate caller.

Please do not answer any calls over Teams from a name you do not recognize or aren’t expecting. If you do answer a call like this, do not under any circumstances share your screen or otherwise give the caller any information. Just hang up. DAS Health (aka Prime Care) will never call you directly through Microsoft Teams for support reasons. They have other tools for remote access support and should contact you by phone or email prior to accessing your computer.
As always, if you have any doubt about an unexpected Teams call or email message, hang up or delete the message and contact the IT department.
ICYMI: UPDATED SUPPORT INFORMATION
Prime Care Technologies has been acquired by a company called DAS Health. For the most part, you won’t notice much of a change regarding support. The support team will remain the same and Infinity has a dedicated support phone number of 855-424-3917 that will also remain the same.
However, there is one change that you should be aware of. The support email address for Prime Care (now DAS Health) is changing to service@dashealth.com. The old address of service@primecaretech.com will still work for a short time, but we are unsure of the stop date. Additionally, any ticket updates or technician responses will now be sent from the @dashealth.com domain.
Replacement stickers will be sent to all teams. This will include the support stickers that are attached to laptops and iPads. The IT Support Who to Contact flyer in the IT section of Springboard has been updated with the new information and is attached below.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT INFORMATION
When contacting IT for support, include as much detail as possible with your initial communication. Please include the laptop or iPad number, the issue you’re having, how long it’s been happening, and any error messages you are receiving—including screenshots if possible. The more detail you include, the more effectively and efficiently IT can troubleshoot the issue.
If you are having an issue with NetHealth other than a password reset, please contact NetHealth support directly. Prime Care can only reset your password and cannot help with any other NetHealth issues. Password reset requests can be handled by Prime Care, Staffing, or IT. Requests for changes in user setup or site access should go through the IT department.
