I have seen this employee “go the extra mile” by: Kimberly is one of the most dedicated clinicians I have ever had the privilege of working with. When our area lost their only other full-time SLP, Kimberly took it upon herself to manage the caseload at 3 additional communities to her original 2, given limited PRN coverage. She manages the communication and prioritization of those buildings’ residents with competence and grace. Five is a lot of buildings, you say. Try taking on a sixth community when we recently took on a new contract. I challenge you to find a better clinician and team player who is a fierce advocate for her residents and their care.
